All Corporate Services

Corporate legal services for companies doing business in Turkey

Foreign and local businesses use our corporate team from the first filing to the last. We set up the company, keep it compliant while it trades, and close it correctly when its work is done.

At the start we handle company establishment, including the choice between a limited liability company and a joint stock company, registration, the tax number and the corporate bank account. While the business operates we advise on contracts, shareholder and partnership arrangements, labor law, work permits for your foreign employees, trademark registration and tax. When a business changes hands or ends, we act on mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and foreclosure matters and company liquidation.

How we work

Every matter starts with a free first consultation, so you know the scope and the steps before you commit. Our attorneys work in English, and Arabic and Chinese are available on request. You deal with the same team from start to finish.

Frequently asked questions

Can a foreigner own 100% of a Turkish company?

Yes. Foreign individuals and companies can establish and fully own a limited liability company or a joint stock company in Turkey, subject to the sector-specific restrictions that apply to a few regulated activities.

Do I need a Turkish partner or a Turkish resident director?

No Turkish partner is required. A company needs at least one director, and our team can explain how to arrange this for a founder who lives abroad.

Which company type should I choose?

Most small and medium businesses use a limited liability company. A joint stock company suits larger ventures, outside investors and structures that need freely transferable shares. The right choice depends on your plans, and we advise on it at the first consultation.
